I have looked on two different kind of filters, I can't decide which one I should buy.. The big fancy one? Or the small regular one.. :P

I Think you take the smaller one!
its fits better because it's made for that kind of carburateurs.
Beter 10 minibike's dan 1 gare computer.....

The upper one looks like a KN-filter. These filters are much better than the cheap one below. But the lower one is proberly 5/10 times cheaper :-)

My opinion, for your bike, chose the lower filter..

the big one costs 26 euro, which isn't expensive :)
but yes, the lower one costs half as much

Hmm, good question. I thought of making a form of an adaptor, a middle piece of plastic or something, who could make it fit.. The big filter is, 50,8 mm, in the inner diameter..

My dad borrowed an electro welder, but it wasn't working!
So we bought a Co2  Today I was cutting down the welds on top of the frame, where the fork goes in, because I need to adjust the tube allittle bit, because it needs to be under 90 degrees, which it's not :?
Right now, the bike is too long.. I also got my engine washed today, by "pro's" at my dads work (Toyota) See the pictures below 8)

It looks really like a chopper. You mentioned to shorten the frontfork, but I think the position of the fork itself comparing to the frame is 90 degrees. This angle should be 82,5 degrees (equal to 24 degrees to vertical when the wheels are mounted). Please check this angle, because it wil behave as a chopper with this 90 degrees.

Please keep posting pictures to follow the separate steps of building a minibike.

One thing I forgot. I used the big fancy filter with an adapter ring to fit it to the carburator. This filter will not fit very well when you are mounting the carburator in the original position. I did mirror this position and the filter is pointing to the drive-direction. In this position there is space enough for the diameter of the filter, but have a look on the clearance with the frontfork. I desinged a new endstop on the frontfork to avoid any collision with the filter and the fueltank.
