Hello as some of you already know im from Denmark/Danimarka so i will write this in english
I am startet to get a bigger interest in minibikes, but instead of just buying one, i will build one my self, i have also talked a lot with Suspect and i will smoke you on the track
Further now i have done this:
bought these things:
Puch Maxi engine (no cylinder, carburettor and no clutch)
Topper Formances Nardo exhaust
K&N Airfilter
6 meter @ 40 x 20 x 1,5 mm pipe
I need to buy:
Cylinder, Athena membraan
Carburettor, 20mm dellorto
Racing clutch
Front and rear wheels (Puch maxi)
Some cabels
And of course the Polini 911 plastics
Im buying the clutch, plastic and wheels in Holland/Dutchland
The engine:
The Nardo exhaust
And the K&N airfilter

Good start I see (I recognize some parts of the frame ). Basicly a good enginesetup with a lot of possibilities for further improvement.
I wish you a lot of fun while building this bike. Please keep us informed with a lot of photographs in this topic.

Here you can see i made an error my grandpa forgot to tell me that the rear forks had to be cut, theyre 100 mm's too long
I won't make that error on the second frame
