I would go for Cluch 1

This one has Strong "blue" sprockets.

It`s much better than the MVD Clutch on the second photo

Goodluck !

Yes Jeroen is right.
And the first clutch is easy to tune, for a how-to you can use the "zoeken" butten.
goodluck.

Rixen,

I prefer the clutch with the three frictionshoes made out of aluminium. The first clutch you showed with the blue springs is also ok, but you have to reduce a lot of weight. When cutting material away the three pressed plated fall apart and you have to weld these plates together.

There are imitationclutches where the shoes are made of aluminium and with less strong springs.

Try to find the aluminium spare shoes and buy the blue springs seperatly. This will be the best combination for (future) tuning.

Rixen,

to improve acceleration of the minibike I tried to adjust the rpm where the clutch stops slipping to a higher level. Therefor a reduced the weight of te clutch segment by removing some material. I don't have any photograph of the clutch, so i prepared an image.

This clutch has segments made out of 3 sheets of steel. When you are cutting away the triangular form, the clutch will fall apart in 3 pieces. So you have to weld these 3 parts to eachother. The two holes are drilled an can be used for final adjustment.

There are also clutch segments made of aluminium which make this modification more easy. With the aluminium clutchsegements you have to use the springs of the steel clutch because they are more stiff.

hopefully this explanation will clarify your confusions :D
