If the sprockets/coqwheels line up for 100% than you can mount you engine like this.
You won't have trouble with the engine a bitt to the left off the middle.

Jes, this looks pretty much more like the good way.

It is not wrong, when your engine is not at the center of your frame..
But you MUST be sure that your 2 cog wheels are on a straight line to eichother.

The placement of your engine doesn`t matter, because you can make your chassis in the form that it fits.

then I do not modify anything?
It is not better than the block and the 2 wheels happen in the center?

It doesn't matter if your block is out of the center from your frame,in the "Aircooled" handmade classifieds here in holland, drive's every one with "puch"engine's and that engine is always a lot of "milimetros" out of the center i think 20mm or more...the bike is not perfekt in balance but it drive's perfekt...

I am going to make an adapter for the star of the back wheel, to remove it to the left and asi to center the block. When doing this, the chassis I have left with 260 milimetros of width.

Hello

I think that 260 is to much, it can be a lot less (mine is 210mm by the center of the backwheel).
And i think that Hank's frame is even smaller than 210mm (by the back wheel).

Greetings Cees

To be able to centre the block, I have to take the chassis as the part of her(it) back could to 260 milinetros.

Not as(like) the chassis does mas narrowly for the center.

To be able to help?

It is better to have the chain and the cogwheels perfectly lined up. I think that the puch riders in holland also have their engine right in the middle, if they dont have that, they will have to change the chain every 15 minutes i think.

I suggest you move your engine holding a bit more to the left in order to get those cogwheels lined up. Maybe drill some extra holes in the engine holding plate?

But it(he,she) is that on having moved the engine to the left side, it(he) remains very displaced.

One sees very ugly and with the whole weight in a side.

It's nice to see people from outside the Benelux on this forum too. How are the rules in your country about minibikes? I was under the impression you could drive in the streets without problems with the authorities. I'm not sure about that though.

Your bike is coming together nicely. Good luck with everything.

Regards.

I am stopped.

Not as(like) the chassis does.

If I centre the block on the chassis, the very fat chassis goes out for me.

It(He,She) does lacking help to me.

A greeting.

I'm sorry, I think I didn't quite get your post. You've stopped building the bike? I hope not because in my opinion your bike is coming together rather good.
