i'm not so good in german but i can read it a litle:D
nice idee of using a zundapp engine, but why using a chinees frame? if you want to get 9hp i gues it won't hold.
homemade frames can be made a lot stronger.
its a good idee making better brakes. those china brakes are shit:D
at first on my homemade puch i used china brakes but changed them very quickly for blata/polini brakes. now i can brake very late in corners and i can keep up withe the blata's and other fast bikes:D
plz finish it as fast as posible, want to see the finishing product.

I won´t say that! The Lucky 7 frames are better then one´s raputation! And in my last post I sayd that I will bond extra struts into the frame!
Yep, the brakes are realy realy bad! ^^ Also in the time I drive the chinese engine the front disk turned into blue.
How much does the good brand brakes cost? (All included of course!)

I found this cutey on a german tuningpart storen.

In the text for the zylinder kit is only note, that it is for zündapp engines. But not, if it´s compatible to my 422 engine.
The guys on a german Zündapp board says that no zylinder kit excist for my engine.
Have you an idea?!

go to a professional tuner, and make the standard cilinder faster
i hope for you they have other tuningsparts for the 422

But I don´t understand what you want to say me about my frame.
I think I must talk to my engine friend again. I suspect that exactly this engine was not the best idea.

I think Kevin is trying to say that you should adjust joure frame because he thinks it's not strong enough to hold the Zundapp engine.

zal het antwoord dus ff in t nederlands doen geven.
hij zij dat het lucky7 frame al heel erg sterk is, maar er komen nog extra verstevigingen op.

At the moment I can´t work on the engine. So back to the frame!
Yesterday I took this picture. The red lines will be also pipes. I think that should be enough.
But there is one serious problem! The chain has not enough space!
The green stripe is, where now the front bevel is. And the red where it should be. But also when it´s there, the chain hasn´t anough space. Fantastic...
